Final Score: East Dorset 13 Corwall Rosevear 7
The match day arrived and turned out to be the hottest day of the year.
The courts were cropped very short and much faster than Cornwall were used to.
The Cornwall Rosevear (CR) team consisted of Tanis Boxall, Fiona Russell, Peter Dexter, Ron George, Pam George and Bob Cash.
Cornwall got off to a poor start, losing all the doubles matches, handicaps giving advantage to the home team.
However, in the singles matches Cornwall clawed back a few wins as we melted into the landscape!
We had a lovely lunch provided by our hosts and at the end of the day we were provided with tea and cakes.
An enjoyable day despite the long journey to Poole.
